hi, I'm carolina!
I'm a holistic health coach, hormone specialist & wellness lover that is driven to help women improve their relationship with themselves.
As a recovering perfectionist, I personally understand how hard it can be to live with a 0-100 mindset, constantly feeling judged (when you're really just judging yourself) and never feeling like you're enough.
Throughout my Inner Growth™ journey, I've done the work to consciously unlearn the belief that my worth is conditional on something external, and feel enough and worthy as I am NOW.
